In a leafy, secluded garden in the Vale of Glamorgan, a small miracle of creation takes place a few times a year... the birth of individual fluffy characters from the most unpretentious gift of nature....the humble egg!

I have been keeping chickens and Indian runner ducks for many years, each year brings new breeds and colours to our garden. All our chickens stay for life but I do breed a small amount of birds to sell. I am helped in the garden by my son Leo and daughter Connie and our mad collie Tala.

Each chick and duckling has been hatched from eggs selected from quality pure bred birds to ensure healthy, robust, quality birds. I only hatch very small numbers of chicks and ducklings at any time and only for a few months of the year.

All birds are available to buy from 4 days old as I like to ensure they are strong enough to travel and have no visual defects or illnessess before leaving to join your family.

I sometimes have mature Indian runner ducks for sale as ducklings and through to point of lay.
